Gary Williamson was a country Victorian who commenced his senior career at Shepparton. He went on to become a star of the TFL and then the Tasmanian statewide league with New Norfolk and Clarence. He has been involved in Tasmanian football for over 25 years and contributed to the Lauderdale Football Club’s junior and senior program for more than a decade while his three sons made their own transition through the player pathway.
